Cancellation Policy
Hydr828 Cancellation & No-Show Policy
At Hydr828, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To provide the best care and availability for all clients, we require the following:
• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will result in a $75 non-refundable cancellation fee.
• No-show appointments will also be charged a $75 non-refundable fee.
This fee will be charged to the card on file.
We understand that emergencies happen. Any exceptions are made at the sole discretion of Hydr828 management.
